1. Do you offer discounts for group rentals?
Yes absolutely, please contact us with how many people will be in your party and how many bikes you will require.

2. How much is the deposit payment?
We do not request a deposit if you rent a bike to explore the city. If you will be taking a trip to other provinces a deposit is required which is listed in every bike's description. On all rentals, your ID or passport will be held by us until you return the bike.

3. How do I pay for rental and deposit?
Full payment for rental must be made through paypal, bank transfer, western union, or cash before you pick up the bike. If a deposit applies, cash will be required and will be refunded to you upon the return of the bike.

4. Do you supply helmets?
Yes, we supply one helmet at no extra charge for each individual motor bike rental. We do however encourage you to bring your own high quality helmet that fits properly. This is especially recommended for extended trips.

5. Is there a minium rental peirod?
No, we offer flexible rental periods to fit your needs .Half day, one day, two days, etc. as required. We offer free delivery and pick up for a minium 2 day rental.

6. Do I need a driving license?
Yes, you need to have a motorcyle driving license to qualify for a a rental. Your own country driving license or international license is required. With expats who require rental for multiply months or longer, you should consider applying for a vietnamese driver's license. We will gladly assist you in obtaining your Vietanmese driver's license.

7. What happens in the event of needed repairs ?
All of our bikes are well maintained so problems rarely happen. However some small problems can occur occasionally as with any motor vehicle. If you are travelling on the road, we can speak to local mechanics for you (you can easily find a repair shop all over the roads of Vietnam) and clarify the problem. If you are still in the city, we will exchange the bike for you.

8. What to do if I have an accident?
Pls call our emergency number to get immediate help, we can speak or negotiate with any third party for you.

9. What to do if I am stopped by the police?
Most Policemen do not speak english. If you are pulled over , you will need to present them with your rental contract papers and driver's license.

10. Does the price include insurance
No, there is no insurance on each rental.

11. Where can we drop off the bikes?
The one way drop off service can be done from any train station or bus station. The service is available in most big cities in Vietnam but please kindly check with us before starting your trip.
